Summary
It was a pitching session where participants presented their business ideas to prospective investors.
Session Delivery
The highly anticipated business pitching session was underway, with teams having prepared extensively since the previous session. Following opening prayers and the Itsekiri anthem, participants engaged in a brainstorming exercise to refine their ideas.
The impartial panel of judges, comprising Omatsola Okpeayaghan and Aye Cheje was seated, and moderator Toju Ogharandukun assigned each team a 2-minute time slot for their pitches.
Team Ikenwoli confidently presented their leather bag product, highlighting its durability and original materials. Each team member contributed to the presentation, effectively utilizing their allotted time.
Next, Team Atuwatse II showcased their innovative game app, designed for relaxation and entertainment for both young and retired individuals. Their convincing presentation demonstrated the app’s potential.









Team Ginuwa II presented their multipurpose liquid soap, emphasizing its gentle ingredients, attractive fragrance, and versatility for various uses, including laundry, car cleaning, and mopping.
Team Erejuwa II pitched their customizable face mask, highlighting its suitability for all occasions, unique designs, and mild materials. They also emphasized their ability to deliver products within a short timeframe.
Following the presentations, volunteers and judges asked questions, which the teams attempted to answer to the best of their abilities.
The teams were evaluated based on charisma, product knowledge, pitch quality, and time management. The results were:
– 1st place: Team Ikenwoli
– 2nd place: Team Ginuwa II
– Tie for 3rd place: Team Erejuwa II and Team Atuwatse II
The session concluded on a celebratory note, with cheers from the winners and an overall sense of excitement and accomplishment.
