Summary
The session enabled participants to create and edit their own videos using Cap Cut, with the objective of mastering video editing skills and applying them to effectively communicate their ideas.
Session Delivery
The Itsekiri NextGen video editing project session provided participants with a comprehensive platform to unleash their creativity, as they delved into the world of video editing using the Cap Cut app.
Through this immersive experience, they acquired hands-on skills in cutting, joining, and enhancing videos, as well as adding text and effects to create visually appealing content. The practical session sparked imagination and equipped participants with valuable digital skills, empowering them to express themselves effectively.
The project session was designed to allow participants to reflect on their experiences, as they created videos sharing their favorite sessions and the impact of the program on their lives. They rehearsed, recorded, and edited their videos collectively, with minimal guidance from volunteers, fostering a sense of collaboration and teamwork.










By navigating the Cap Cut application, participants strengthened their media skills, building confidence in their ability to produce high-quality content. This experience has the potential to inspire some to pursue careers in video editing, ultimately becoming self-reliant and resourceful digital creators.
