Session Delivery
The February edition book review session was a resounding success. Prior to the session, the coordinator announced a shift in approach, declaring, “We’ve grown past taking milk; now we’ll be chewing bones!” – a clever hint that bigger books would be the focus going forward, with the occasional tiny gem making the cut.
As the session kicked off, participants eagerly picked their books and settled in, some reading solo, others in pairs. They devoured their books until review time, and though most didn’t finish, they confidently shared summaries of the parts they’d covered, extracting valuable moral lessons and new vocabulary.
The standout moment was Rosemary’s clever move: arriving late, she skipped to the summary and nailed the book’s core. The coordinator was impressed by her resourcefulness, encouraging her to take the book home for the full story.

Those who didn’t finish due to the book’s volume took them home, committed to completing them before next time.
Their young minds will continually be nurtured; after all, the pages of books hold treasures.
