To commemorate Nigeria’s 65th Independence Anniversary, a special session was held on October 4th, where participants showcased their creative writing skills.
Participants filed to pick their choice book which they read and later reviewed. This is in relation to the project literary mandate.
The inaugural debate session was a success with participants showing exceptional preparation and insight on topics like “STEM vs Art subjects” and “project-based learning.”
The digital book review session was an engaging experience, with each team assigned a story to review. The participants watched intently, aware that a series of questions would follow.
The session commemorating the International Day of the World’s Indigenous Peoples highlighted the rich cultural heritage and diversity of the Itsekiri people, emphasizing their indigenous status in Warri.
The session featured the July Edition book review. Additionally, Ambassador Peace Iyebe and her team were in attendance to discuss the MORElight project, which emphasizes the transformative power of education.
The participants are not too young to learn how to be prudent hence the session was all about to prioritise their need at this tender age and also keep aside some of the cash gifts they get as savings
